Terms and Conditions

TERMS OF BUSINESS:
Rates are inclusive of full English breakfast, VAT and service charges.
PAYMENT TERMS:
Unless otherwise agreed, credit or debit card details are required to secure a reservation.
Payment on departure can be made by card or by cash. (We regret that we do not accept payment by American Express or by cheque)
CANCELLATION & NO SHOWS:
Unless otherwise agreed, 2 days clear notice of cancellation is required. Should a reservation be cancelled within 48 hours of your arrival date then your card will be charged with the full amount of the first nights stay
Once checked in, if you cut short your stay we will do our best to resell your room for the remaining nights but you will be liable for any loss Moortown Lodge makes.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT:
You are welcome to check in from 12 midday until 10.00pm, when our reception closes.
Check out is 10.30am. We cannot guarantee room availability before 2pm.
PLEASE NOTE: LATEST CHECK IN TIME IS 10.00pm We reserve the right to refuse entry after 10.00pm

BREAKFAST:
Breakfast is served from 7.30am to 9.00am daily.
SMOKING:
We operate a total non-smoking policy. We ask you to respect this policy and reserve the right to charge you for any costs we may incur such as loss of revenue caused by having to take the room out of service and for special cleaning
DAMAGES & BREAKAGES:
Please take care of our accommodation. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damage, which you cause, to the accommodation and its contents. We do not normally charge for minor damage but we may invoice you for making good or any significant repairs
CHILDREN:
We welcome children and can provide travel cots and high chairs if required
SECURITY AND PERSONAL BELONGINGS:
While staff do all they can to ensure that guests' belongings are safe and secure at all times we cannot accept any responsibility for loss or damage to guests' property on our premises
PETS:
We have certain rooms reserved for guests bringing well-behaved small dogs which are welcome by prior arrangement but must not be left unattended in the room
